PVC Coating machine

Applications:

Applicable for coating PVC adhesive tapes.

1.       Unwinder: Chain-style turret, controls tension by magnetic-power brake with manual adjustment and alignment.

2.       The prime glue Coater: the fixed quantity to the film in accordance with the clearance between rubber roller and embossing roller.

3.       Nozzle of the oven is designed with the knock-down aluminum-alloy pieces and the inner heat preservation plate is made of stainless steel. Multi-zone temperature control design is employed and can accurately control temperature at each zone..

4.       Tension of the belt could be manually adjusted through the coating suction table.

5.       The frame canvas sets are designed with EPC alignment mechanism and pneumatic canvas tensioner

6.       The cooling pull station consists of the cooling roller and pull roller.

7.       Coater: Comma Scrape model. Precision: 0.002MM

8.       Fully-automatic low-tension stacking machine and surface rewinder. The are all respective one set of independent equipment each and controlled by PLC controller. Making operation simple and easy.
